What does a fun internship look like?

In this internship, you will participate in daily activities related to the receiving and shipping of goods, both domestically and internationally. In addition to supporting logistics operations, you will contribute to the analysis and improvement of processes to help the team optimize its efficiency and the smooth flow of operations.

This internship will allow you to develop a practical understanding of logistics operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment, while applying your skills in analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.


During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the team in coordinating transportation (customers, subcontractors, warehouses)
  • Help prepare and validate shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, etc.)
  • Follow up to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
  • Participate in coordinating the receipt of components
  • Collaborate with various internal teams such as production, purchasing, and customer service
  • Contribute to the processing of returned goods
  • Analyze certain logistics processes and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of initiatives aimed at optimizing operations and work methods
Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:

  • Undergraduate student majoring in logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in operations, logistics, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to understand how operations work
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of English is a plus
