Would you like to put the knowledge you've learned at school to use in a real-world environment, as part of an experienced team with lots of projects?
That's great, because we have an internship available this winter with our IT technician team!
Your role in the team would be to provide first-level support to users of IT systems and equipment.
In this internship, you will have the opportunity to :
- Provide support to users for the following equipment: desktop computers, laptops, printers, factory equipment (tablets, industrial computers, scanners), telephones, and voicemail boxes.
- Configure and install new workstations when new employees arrive or workstations are relocated
- Prioritize and meet deadlines for IT requests assigned to you in connection with various requests
- Perform various tasks related to data backup, SPAM protection, user account management, directory access, etc.
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:
- Studying information technology or network management
- Enjoy working in a team
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022/2025
Ready to join us? We're waiting for you for an internship from January 5 to April 17, 2026 (flexibility in terms of dates). The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
