Internal Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our partner retailers by providing personalized assistance and actively contributing to their growth. Based in our Drummondville office, you’ll manage a portfolio of established B2B accounts while working closely with the sales and customer experience teams to deliver exceptional service with every interaction. With your expertise, commitment to service, and collaborative spirit, you’ll directly contribute to the success of our clients and Kimpex.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Promote Kimpex’s products, services, and programs over the phone and online to support our clients’ growth and success
• Advise retailers on their purchasing decisions, present booking programs, and assist them in planning and placing their orders
• Proactively follow up with our clients to identify growth opportunities and maximize their engagement with Kimpex
• Work closely with external representatives and internal teams to provide solutions tailored to client needs and ensure a positive and efficient experience
• Manage customer requests and various administrative tasks related to accounts, orders, commercial agreements, and case tracking in the CRM

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:

• Postsecondary diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Relevant sales experience
• Passion for the powersports industry (ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile, marine)
• Comfortable using a CRM and the Microsoft Office suite
