In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
- Act as a front-line resource for the supervisory team and 150 production employees in HR management
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the staffing process
- Advise managers on the administration, interpretation, and application of the current collective agreement
- Advise managers on required employee management interventions, such as disciplinary measures
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to human resources policies and procedures and provide guidance on their interpretation
- Participate in the implementation of strategies for workforce retention, skills development, and overall health
- Manage and monitor administrative files related to disabilities and occupational health and safety
- Provide support in the coordination of training activities
- Support employees on all matters relating to the interpretation of working conditions, policies, and procedures in effect
- Actively participate in various HR projects and support the HR department in carrying out various mandates

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or another relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist position in the manufacturing sector
- Autonomy and excellent priority management skills
- Discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Proven teamwork and results-oriented skills
