Description
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :
- Plan, supervise and optimize accounting operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual internal financial statements to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
- Prepare and supervise audit file for external auditors and tax file
- Prepare and coordinate the budget process
- Analysis of manufacturing operations
- Bid review and approval
- Prepare and coordinate financial forecasts
- Manage and supervise finance team (excluding payroll and HR)
- Ensure proper use of financial resources
- Manage various aspects of financial communication
With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- Member of the Canadian Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA)
- 8-10 years' experience
- Team management and communication skills
- Ability to gather information and present it briefly and concisely
- Respect for established procedures and tools
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector
