What does a fun internship look like?
At Soucy, your internship is much more than just an experience: it's an opportunity to develop skills that will take you far. Join our team that develops and modifies equipment that is unique in the world, whether for its impressive size or its integrated automation. You will be involved in our design projects from A to Z, from the approval of specifications to manufacturing and installation. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in projects to design new production equipment or modify existing equipment
- Design various mechanical components using Solid Edge
- Participate in and lead multidisciplinary meetings
- Perform advanced calculations in material strength
- Research different components
- Provide technical support during equipment installation and commissioning
- Keep up with technological advances with the team
- Any other interesting tasks for your internship!
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in progress
- Strong interest in design and mechanics
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Results-oriented and rigorous
- Enjoy thinking outside the box
- Good collaboration skills
Ready to join us? We are waiting for you for an internship that will run from January 5 to April 17, 2026. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, and you will enjoy flexible hours!
