- Support and collaborate with the department's project managers and technical experts to deliver quality products on time and on budget;
- Provide inspirational leadership to ensure good working relationships within the team and with other departments;
- Promote and continue to instill a culture of innovation within the team;
- Continue to improve our product development process by implementing industry best practices;
- Keep abreast of market trends and world-class practices;
- Actively participate in the development of the subsidiary's strategic plan
