In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in all activities related to new product development, within planned deadlines and budgets
- Design and 3D model track systems for agricultural and industrial machinery
- Actively participate in technical reviews and production workshops
- Collaborate with the validation team to ensure that your designs perform as well in real life as they do on your screen.
- Work closely with other departments (quality, production, purchasing, customer service) and sometimes directly with our customers.
- Develop your autonomy in project management-an asset that will serve you well throughout your career.

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 1 to 3 years of design experience (your internships count too!)
- Proficiency in 3D modeling
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity in finding solutions
- The ability to collaborate in a team, even when deadlines are tight
- A keen interest in mechanics (and if you come from an agricultural background, you get bonus points!)
