As an administrative assistant, you'll play a central role in supporting a manager and his/her team, while managing the agenda, preparing confidential documents and much more. In this position, you will have the opportunity to :- Manage and monitor the manager's agenda
- Prepare documents for minute book updates
- Participate in database development and update
- Transcribe, revise and/or modify texts such as letters, agreements, contracts, etc.
- Design, write, correct, translate and format various complex and confidential administrative works or presentations, according to defined methods and procedures
- Follow-up on various files and coordinate certain ad hoc projects
- Perform various administrative tasks: file opening, filing, billing follow-up, preparation of expense accounts, etc.

- DEC in legal techniques, secretarial studies, administration or other relevant combination of experience and education
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
- Good knowledge of Office suite tools
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and integrity- Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and autonomous- Ability to establish and manage priorities
- Excellent analytical and judgmental skills
- Team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage several files at once
- Discernment, diplomacy and initiative
- Knowledge of REQ, RDPRM and land register electronic platforms would be an asset
