As an administrative assistant, you'll play a central role in supporting a manager and his/her team, while managing the agenda, preparing confidential documents and much more. In this position, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Manage and monitor the manager's agenda
  • Prepare documents for minute book updates
  • Participate in database development and update
  • Transcribe, revise and/or modify texts such as letters, agreements, contracts, etc.
  • Design, write, correct, translate and format various complex and confidential administrative works or presentations, according to defined methods and procedures
  • Follow-up on various files and coordinate certain ad hoc projects
  • Perform various administrative tasks: file opening, filing, billing follow-up, preparation of expense accounts, etc.

  • DEC in legal techniques, secretarial studies, administration or other relevant combination of experience and education
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
  • Good knowledge of Office suite tools
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and integrity- Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and autonomous- Ability to establish and manage priorities
  • Excellent analytical and judgmental skills
  • Team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage several files at once
  • Discernment, diplomacy and initiative
