As part of our accounting and finance team, you will play a key role in managing cash receipts and monitoring our accounts receivable, working alongside a team of genuine and committed individuals.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
Record deposits and apply payments received (checks, transfers, deposits, etc.)
Reconcile accounts
Prepare invoices for occasional needs
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to your tasks
Communicate with customers by email for all information requests, in French and English, as needed

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- DEP, AEC, or DEC: in accounting, administration, or equivalent training (equivalent experience will be considered)
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable
- Autonomy, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills
- Organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail

- Experience with ERP (D365)
- Functional spoken and written French

Schedule:
On-site position, 5 days per week (39 hours)
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
