Reporting to the controller, your main tasks will be to participate in regular accounts receivable and payable activities.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage customer accounts
- Issue invoices and account statements to customers
- Produce various types of reports
- Code and record invoices in the system and process payments
- Verify and reconcile account statements, address discrepancies with the various parties involved, and follow up on them
- Communicate with suppliers
- Perform all other related tasks

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- DEC in accounting, administration, or equivalent training
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Analytical mind and ability to synthesize information
- Organizational skills, autonomy, resourcefulness
- Excellent ability to work in a team
- Comfortable with change management and highly adaptable
