Location: Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do
Evaluate the documentation needs for all SOTI products.
Estimate, plan, and track documentation projects.
Regularly report the progress, roadblocks, and concerns to the team.
Use SOTI products to learn and gain expertise before writing the documentation.
Design and create user guides, online help, SDK guides, and integration guides.
Define training needs and create training guides.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Assurance teams.
Schedule reviews with multiple stakeholders.
Be the ‘Voice of the User’ within the company.
Work independently and with limited supervision.
Experience You’ll Bring
1-3 years as a technical writer.
Knowledge of DITA XML or other XML languages such as DocBook.
Experience in mobile, Cloud, client-server, or other enterprise technologies.
Experience in or knowledge of Mobile Device Management as well as Server and Cloud infrastructure.
Passionate about everything ‘Mobile’.
Connected with the latest trends in Mobile Device Management.
Technical Requirements:
Oxygen XML or DITA Open Toolkit
Video capture and editing software such as Camtasia
Git
Adobe Acrobat Professional
Microsoft Word
