This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class Marketing team in an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Global Demand Generation. As SOTI continues to grow we need to reach more potential and existing customers in the digital realm in innovative and effective ways with a strong focus on conversion. We are looking for a proactive individual with hands on experience in the major digital marketing platforms and a history of driving business through online marketing efforts. The right candidate will work alongside SOTI’s Digital Marketing Manager, and with team members across CRM, Social Media, and Marketing Technology to build our online marketing footprint with the ultimate goal to drive leads for the business in globally. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is analytical and numbers-focused and who will roll up their sleeves and have their hands on keys when it comes to all our digital marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Day to day administration of SOTI’s search engine marketing ads/campaigns (eg. pulling reports, updating tracking tags, executing changes to account structure)
- Execute paid campaigns in other digital channels including social media and YouTube
- Execute SEO improvements to SOTI’s web properties as well as SOTI’s presence on the web, for example on review sites, Wikipedia, or anywhere else public information about SOTI appears
- Regularly monitor the results of all paid digital marketing activities and proactively advise management as well as propose action
- Regularly measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives by tracking, compiling, and analyzing results to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives
- Various paid media account administration such as ensuring invoice payments, new account set up, etc.
Experience You’ll Bring
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in advertising or marketing
- 3-5 years marketing experience, majority spent working on performance-based paid social, search, display, or other digital marketing, preferably at a fast growing B2B company
- Experience setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads or other search platforms
- Understanding of how conversions are driven through digital marketing campaigns, especially SEM
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within one’s department as well as cross-functionally
- Average to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Microsoft SharePoint is a plus)
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Google Ads certifications
- Experience in driving B2B leads is a plus
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation software such as Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, etc is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive ad copywriting skills is a plus
- Experience running global campaigns is a plus (translation, working with local agencies, etc)
- Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly, yet thoughtfully, to urgent matters
- Self-starter and proactive with a positive attitude
- Creative yet balanced with the ability to articulate data and insights. You stay on top of key trends and are always on the lookout for ways to leverage company/product information
