Senior Principal Instructor

What You’ll Do

• Delivering practical and theoretical technical training sessions, the candidate will take an active and responsive mentoring role in developing and disseminating knowledge to internal and external technical global audiences, which may include partners/customers/end users.
• Extensive knowledge about the entire SOTI One Platform product portfolio, not limited to MobiControl and inclusive of other MDM / EMM platforms as applicable.
• Advanced knowledge of technologies, troubleshooting, known issues and specific application solutions. (see questionnaire below).
• Exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills exhibiting a high degree of professionalism as a representative of Global Training and SOTI.
• A positive attitude is required to ensure high quality outputs, consistent delivery on commitments and a rich learning experience for students.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, remain agile and flexible and act with good judgement when circumstances are not as expected.
• Awareness of the different contractual relationships between partners and SOTI, the limitations/operational parameters governing what can be shared with each partner.
• Collaborate with Global Training’s team members and take direction and guidance from the Director of the department to create training plans for global audiences.
• Flexibility to travel and perform Instructor Led Training and/or ability to organize Web Based Training solutions and self-learning strategies including coordination of facilitation duties.
• Oversee training and quality for locations that may not be visited in-person by networking with in-region personnel.
• Act a Global Training’s lead facilitator for Training initiatives ensuring world class training deliveries, and that learner experience is never compromised.
• Continual improvement process to close loop on feedback addressing Trainer issues and negative comments.
• The Senior Principal instructor will participate in custom content creation.
• They will work closely with their region and explore opportunities with local stakeholders. They will be the “go-to” contact in their region for all training requests and activities
  

Experience You’ll Bring

• Adult learning education background / post-secondary education equivalency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional presentation skills proficient in MS Office Suite
• Partner relationship management
• Strong knowledge and experience with MDM / EMM products and solutions
• 3-5 years of related work portfolio experience
