Description
Location: Soluroc La Guadeloupe
Schedule: 4.5 days per week

Role ObjectiveWe are seeking a structured, detail-oriented, and dynamic Planning – Logistics Coordinator.
You will be responsible for production planning, logistics coordination, and the optimization of operational processes to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the production chain.
1. Production planning and operational follow-up

Collaborate with the production team to ensure manufacturing deadlines are met.

Develop and update production schedules based on priorities.

Optimize inventory management and anticipate raw material needs.

Identify and quickly resolve issues affecting the production chain.
2. Logistics and transportation

Plan and coordinate shipments with carriers.

Organize deliveries according to production constraints and deadlines.

Manage logistics documentation (internal purchase orders, shipping slips, transport billing).

Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
3. Optimization and continuous improvement
-
Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes through Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Update and improve inventory management.

Support continuous improvement of planning systems and tools.

Degree in logistics, operations management, administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning, logistics coordination, or production management in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with IT tools: ERP, planning software, Excel, MS Office Suite.

Bilingual (French/English).

Experience in an industrial or heavy industry sector (an asset).

Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
