Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the Project Director and sales representatives in daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service: respond to calls, emails, and welcome visitors.
- Manage requests for quotes and brochures, and distribute information according to procedures.
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks, manage bank deposits, and track commissions.
- Coordinate internal information flow, handle mail, office supplies, and inventory.
Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual (English/French) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused with strong team support skills
- Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented
