Reporting to the Quality & Continuous improvement manager, your mission will be ensure the operation product’s quality relied to the methodology and process used.

We open 1 position on the day shift.

Work schedule :

  • Day : 7 AM to 4h15 PM, from Monday to Thursday and Friday, from 7 AM to 11h45 AM

Here are your future tasks :

  • Make a compression test for the fiber twice per shift;
  • Make a test to validate the height of the pillow;
  • Make a visual pillow inspection on different quality points;
  • Take measurements on pillow;
  • Ensure that the barcode is correctly relied to the order;
  • Make quality inspection tour on different workstations in the plant;
  • Train employees on quality criteria and ensure the follow-ups;
  • Inspect new production at the reception;
  • Conducts audits.

Requested skills

To be efficient as a quality inspector; here are the roles and responsibilities :

  • For this position, we select mainly based and attitude and work experience
    • No specific diploma required
  • Need to be detailed and meticulous;
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Analysis ability to identifiy the gravity of the quality issues;
  • Be bilingual (French / English) is an asset;
  • Have a former experience in quality department (Asset).

 

You will be mainly affected in our Brighi section, but will progressively be affected to the whole plant.
