Night shift production supervisor

Following a major growth to come in the next months at Soft Tex Pillows, we are opening a new production supervisor on the night shift.

As the production supervisor, you will be responsible for our shift health & safety, quality, ensuring continuous

shift productivity, health & safety, quality and manpower management.

Your future team will have around 25 full-time employees.

More precisely, here are your future tasks :

• Supervise the manpower, answer to their questions and manage their workstation’s rotation;
• Ensure your new employee’s training is doing great and bring support if needed;
• Manage Health & Safety and employee’s engagement, while warranting to quality of our products.
• Manage and take the lead in changement management projects on your shift;
• Manage the productivity of the shift and find solutions, if there’s a gap between expected and real production;
• Assist employees directly on the production’s line, from time to time, when there are rush moments;
• Teamwork with your supervisor colleague associated to the carding machine operations section.
