In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new relationships with clients and soliciting new customers
  • Properly documenting all interactions with clients
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and retention
  • Providing basic assistance to clients and advising them according to their needs
  • Introducing new products and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Managing credits when applicable
  • Participating in agricultural fairs and other promotional activities
  • Providing regular sales activity reports to management
