Your role as a sales representative :

- Customer solicitation and sales (developing new customer relationships).

- Properly document all interactions with clients.

- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide basic support to customers.

- Advise/recommend current and potential customers according to their needs.

- Introduce new products.

- Make credits where applicable.

- You may occasionally be required to attend agricultural shows or other promotional activities.

- Provide a regular report on sales activities to management.

Requested skills

What is required : 

- Significant experience in the agricultural or sales sector.

- A higher education degree in agriculture or sales (an asset).

- Basic knowledge of accounting.

- Computer knowledge, experience with customer relationship management programs and ability to learn new software.

- Writing skills

- Self-control

- Listening / empathy.

- Rigour and organisation.

- Charisma and leadership skills.

- Ability to negotiate and work under pressure;

- Strong customer service and organizational skills;
