Description
S.i. System's client is looking for a Workforce Software Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors workforce management capabilities to support clients in optimizing time, attendance, scheduling, and related HR processes.
12 month contract - high chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - Remote across Canada but will need to travel to Vancouver occasionally
MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Time Tracking and Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes: time capture, leave management, scheduling, and payroll integration.
- Experience with WorkForce Software (WFS)
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and cloud integrations.
