Our client is seeking a Sr. Commerce Cloud Developer to develop and maintain their cloud-based e-commerce platform.

FTE position; Fully remote anywhere within Canada

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in SFCC and JavaScript development.
• 5+ years of experience in React js

Nice to Haves:

• Experience developing Salesforce cloud platforms on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with PWA commerce
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Experience building integrations with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and inventory management systems

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
• Develop and maintain our cloud-based e-commerce platform using Salesforce and Java
• Build and maintain integrations with other systems, such as payment gateways and inventory management systems
• Develop and maintain customizations, such as product configurators, pricing rules, and promotions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and design patterns
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in e-commerce and cloud computing
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that our platform is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
