Description
Our valued client is seeking a Sr. Bilingual Business Analyst to own the business strategy of the national lease portfolio
Initial contract of 6 month, working remote in Canada (Montreal preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Build a centralized & scalable leasing governance function that would align and support our clinical growth plan and mitigate inherited leasing risks.;
- Perform an in-depth lease analysis for existing sites to identify saving potential or value added content modifications and unlock the strongest negotiation levers possible for the CRE team;
- Build a leasing dashboard with a decision making schedule to improve CRE & HCE team interlock;
- Give coaching to all clinic leaders on their lease content and on the new supporting structure to foster better clinical leadership engagement and knowledge.
- Build recommendations regarding leasings, renewal, move, renovation, etc.;
- Create Business Case and perform requirement gathering, BU’s Gap & Risk analysis;
- Support external leasing audit;
- Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Refines requirements using critical evaluation techniques.
- Prepare use cases, create and define test plans and test cases.
- Interface between business and technical teams and translate technical and business requirements.
- Communicates with project managers, subject matter experts, end users and Senior Executive.
- Performs analysis for projects with some impact on and risk to customer service or revenue generation.
- Typically works on multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously.
- Suggests work packages to fulfill a solution within scope of others.
- Represents clients to identify solutions and help prioritize and select among different options proposed.
- Acts as liaison between business and system areas.
- Ensures projects align with the business and technical requirements at the strategic level.
- Understands industry trends and best practices.
- Determines staffing requirements and selects team members.
Must have skills:
- 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience
- Portfolio and Planning Management (PPM)
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
Nice-to-have skills
- Real estate or leasing industry experience
