Our client is seeing a SR SAP EWM (extended warehouse management) Consultant within the supply chain module to implement a SAP ECC to S4 Hana migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design SAP EWM solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet specific business needs, including warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including system design, data migration, testing, and user training.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EWM systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and implementing system enhancements.
• Optimize warehouse operations by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP EWM.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SAP EWM with other systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party logistics platforms.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP EWM and supply chain management.

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of SAP EWM (extended warehouse management) implementation, configuration, and support.
• SAP EWM functionality, including inbound/outbound processes, warehouse monitoring, slotting, labor management, and transportation integration.
• SAP EWM modules, including Warehouse Structure, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Warehouse Monitoring, Resource Management, and Yard Management.
• SAP S4 hana migration experience

Nice-to-Haves:

• Calgary based with oil and gas experience
• SAP certification in EWM
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree
• SAP modules, such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), or SAP TM (Transportation Management).
• Warehouse automation technologies, such as RFID, barcoding, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
• Agile project management methodologies and tools.
