Our client is seeking a SR (6+ yrs) Business Analyst for a project to automate and simplify business processes in the financial industry

Location: Hybrid, 20% Onsite Regina, 80% Remote

Must-Haves:

• 5+ Years of experience Business Analysis
• 4 years experience with SaaS solutions (One or more of Jira, ServiceNow, MS DevOps, etc)
• 3 years experience with business process automation (RPA) projects.
• 3 years experience designing the Employee IT Technology experience
• 5+ years experience in requirements management, including requirements gathering, analysis and the writing of user stories
• Proficiency in creating various project-related materials such as diagrams, requirement documents, user stories, business cases, gap analysis, solution assessments, and security matrices.

Nice-to-Haves:

• CBAP

Responsibilities:

• Investigates solution options for automation and simplification of business processes
• Document and execute user story acceptance tests
• Provide user story and solution support to team members
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
• Utilize a range of tools and artifacts to create high-quality materials, including current and future state diagrams, business requirement documents, user stories, business cases, gap analysis, solution assessments, security matrices, etc.
