Description
Job Overview:
Our Tier 1 Banking Client is seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to support a Governance, Risk, Compliance Application (GRC) for a major integration program. You will be responsible for supporting 10+ lines of business using the application (Archer) to stabilize the application, act as first line of support for all issues, request changes and control issues.
Must have Skills:
- 10 years of overall IT experience
- 3-5 years in Application support roles
- SQL/SQL Server and scripting experience using Python/PowerShell (preferred)
- Experience within financial services, or enterprise environment preferred
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Understanding of the .NET stack (preferred)
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience with Archer is a big plus!
- Automation skills
