Senior Systems Engineer engaging in the migrating from AutoSys R11.3.6 to AutoSys R12.1 - 73315-1

Position Title: Systems Engineer - Expert

Line of Business: Infrastructure Operations and Networks

Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid preferably, but will consider remote if no candidates in GTA meet skillset

Office Location: 81 Bay Street, 16th Floor, Toronto, ON M5J 0E7

Reason the role is open?: The bank is in the process of migrating from AutoSys R11.3.6 to AutoSys R12.1. We are looking for System Engineer’s who can join with us for a period of 6-12 months to help accelerate this migration based on their experience and knowledge of doing similar migrations in other organizations.

What project will this contractor be working on?: AutoSys upgrade/migration from R11.3.6 to 12.1

Who Will the Candidate Be Working with on a Daily Basis?: Other AutoSys engineers, end users, vendors, UNIX/Window’s admins, and networking/firewall SME’s.

How many years of experience?: Minimum 5 years’ experience with AutoSys and at least 1 years’ experience in performing AutoSys upgrades/migrations

Responsibilities:

\As a member of the Banks Enterprise Services Engineering team, you’ll play a crucial role in all matters of Enterprise Scheduling Services. You will provide technical leadership, standards and best practices during design, build, configuration, implementation and maintenance phases of this project involving Broadcom’s CA Workload Automation (AutoSys) and level 3 support to resolve technology related incidents.

Must Have Requirement:

-Experience with both AutoSys administration and upgrade/migrations including Functional/Non-Functional/Load/Disaster Recovery Testing

-5 years’ experience with AutoSys

-1 years’ experience in performing AutoSys upgrades/migrations

Nice to Have:

Unix Administration, Windows Administration, Shell Scripting, Ansible, Artifactory, Networking, VMware
