Description
Our large Oil & Gas client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize core ITSM modules.
This is an initial contract to the end of year with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will follow a hybrid working model, 3 days in office/week, within Downtown Calgary.
Must-Haves:
- 7+ years’ experience within ServiceNow development and/or administration
- 7+ years’ ITSM ServiceNow process and development experience
- Experience creating and developing ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and integrating ServiceNow environments
- Agile and Waterfall project delivery experience
- Familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes
Responsibilities Overview:
- Design, configure, and customize an existing ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements
- Review code and perform quality control checks to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity
- Debug and fix technical problems
- Produce and run test cases to guarantee software quality
- Integrate with other programs/systems
- Document code and application functionality
