Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and enhance Portal configuration in ECC 6.0 and HANA environments;
- Conduct unit and integration testing of Portal functionality;
- Implement SAP Fiori Launchpad and personalize applications with SAP Fiori;
- Analyse and resolve issues related to Portal development and Portal performance;
- Work with the Basis team to bridge the gap between Functional and Technical teams;
- Transfer functional and technical knowledge to the IRCC project team through information sessions, written instructions, and documents;
- Understand various program and function calls and how they interrelate with SAP and the Portal;
- Assist with problem solving from an ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) and WebDynpro perspective;
- Work with the SAP Security and Authorization team to identify, create, or change user authorization roles;
- Analyze and make recommendations on issues related to SAP Portal Accessibility;
- Identify business and technology trends that create opportunities for improvement and the impact on the organization's architecture as well as business strategies;
- Recommend appropriate changes to the existing architecture and provide alternative solutions, methodologies and strategies;
