Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Quality Assurance Tester (10+ years) to lead the test planning, test scenario and test case creation for a Contact Centre Modernization project.

11 month contract, 100% remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead the test planning and coordination of the CCM testing activities;
• Supervise testing in accordance with the plan;
• Manage and monitor test plans for various levels of testing;
• Manage walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness;
• Status reporting;
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts;
• Establish software testing procedures with emphasis on automating the testing procedures;
• Establish and operate "interoperability" testing procedures to ensure that the interaction and co-existence of various software elements, which are proposed to be distributed on the common infrastructure, conform to appropriate departmental standards (e.g. For performance, compatibility, etc.) and have no unforeseen detrimental effects on the shared infrastructure; and
• Establish a validation and verification capability which assumes functional and performance compliance.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a QA Tester
• Active Reliability clearance
• Post secondary education (Degree or Diploma)
• Experience with any of the following Development and Testing technologies:
• Java
• Spring
• CITRUS

Nice to haves:

• Experience testing cloud based technologies
