Description
Our client is a Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for their Special Projects team.
Location: 3 days/week in North York
Duration: Until Dec 2024
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication with delivery leads and project managers to gather information to create a centralized database for project teams.
- Consolidate information and create a centralize database containing team composition, consultant rates, hours worked, forecasts, etc.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, financial tracking, produce metric (burn rate charts), and actuals vs. approved forecasts.
- Prepare business cases in the long run; putting together requests for additional funding and why it's required.
Must Have Skills:
- Project Manager with strong Financial Management: forecasting, budgets, actuals vs. forecasts, burn rate charts, etc.
- Microsoft Excel and Clarity PPM
