Our valued Public Sector client is in need of a Senior Project Executive to manage the SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

Responsibilities:

Manage several Project Managers, each responsible for an element of the project and its associated project team
Define and document project objectives, determine budget requirements
Meet with organizational executives to ensure all organizational (internal and external) stakeholders are committed and moving forward on project and organizational goals
Resolve issues related to the project
Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of project management tools
Facilitate or effect project sign-offs
Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to executives and senior managers
Perform any work related to this resource category.

Must Haves:

3 years of experience in the last 7 years working in the project role of Project Executive on SAP S/4HANA Implementations
Has successfully completed, within the last 5 years, an SAP Certified Associate, Specialist or Professional exam, or at least 10 days of accredited SAP training, in any of the following knowledge areas:
- SAP S/4HANA Applications
- SAP Application Lifecycle Management using Solution Manager
- SAP S/4HANA Database or System Administration, or
- SAP Activate Methodology
Holds a Project Management Certification
5 years experience as the Project Executive responsible for Large Scale Technology Enabled Projects
- Large Scale Definition:
  - >$20M project value
  - supports an organization of over 10,000 employees
  - a team size of >50 people
  - impacts multiple stakeholder groups
  - impact an end user community of greater than 2,000 individuals across multiple functional areas
  - ionvolve at least one Other Government Department (OGD) or External Third Party
  - Have an impact across multiple geographical locations, in a decentralized, multi-regional
    environment.
Has successfully completed 3 SAP ERP Implementaion projects which required integration with multiple non-SAP systems, 2 of which were SAP S/4 HANA implementations within the last 10 years
