Job Description:
Our valued Public Sector client are in need of a Senior Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) Specialist to conduct a Multi-Institutional PIA.
Background:
Our clients are currently working on a PIA that will analyze the collection, use, retention, disclosure and deletion of personal information from the department and its partners. This will be a multi phase initiative in which our clients will be looking to bring on a Senior Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) Specialist who can conduct a thorough assessment and provide key recommendations in ensuring that the system is meeting today’s standards on data privacy.
Responsibilities:
Assist in Developing a PIA action plan for the resolution or remediation of identified risks through the mitigation strategies and timeline for the completion of associated compliance actions
Develop Privacy Risk Management Plans
Develop a high-level summary of the PIA in a format prescribed by the organization’s ATIP division
Conduct privacy analysis to provide evidence of compliance with privacy principles and to identify privacy risks
Identify and document the flow of personal information for the program
Assist in establishing the PIA project charter and work plan
