Senior MS PowerApps Developer to support the design and development of innovative Power Platform applications with in the public sector.

Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior MS PowerApps Developer to support the design and development of innovative Power Platform applications as well as the support the migration of legacy systems.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, and other related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions using MS PowerApps and Power Automate that meet business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the integration of PowerApps applications with existing business systems using APIs and data connectors to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on Power Platform technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of applications, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Document technical specifications and maintain a repository of application designs and code.

Must-have Skills

• 5+ years’ experience as a MS PowerApps developer
• Proven experience in Migrating from MS Access to Microsoft PowerApps
• Valid GoC Reliability Clearance

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Advanced technical capabilities with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful services/APIs and database management, including SQL.
• Experience with Azure services, such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data analytics and reporting.
• Relevant Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
