Our retail client is looking for a Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst to do system configuration, changes to modules, workflows, and data structures to translate into technical requirements related to an ERP

Greater Vancouver (discussing hybrid 1 day a week), Permanent.

Must-Have Criteria:

• 5+ years experience with Business Systems Analysis
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) with exposure to modules FI (Financials), OPS (Operations), WMS (Warehouse Management System), SCM (Supply Chain Management), or DIST (Distribution)
• Strong experience with Data Analysis and Mapping including data flows, and configurations and proficiency in SQL for pulling reports.
• Strong experience developing test plans, conduct system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and functions correctly.

Nice-to-Have Criteria:

• Experience within a retail or e-commerce environment
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Familiarity with project management lifecycles
• Previous experience in a hybrid work environment

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ERP software to meet specific business requirements. This may involve making changes to modules, workflows, and data structures by Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their ERP-related needs and gather detailed requirements. A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system defects related to the ERP system. Experience with the help desk Ticketing system JIRA or similar.
• Data Analysis and Mapping: Analyze data and perform data mapping to ensure smooth data migration and integration between systems.
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Provide support, maintenance, and drive successful onboarding practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, system design, and process flows
