Senior Cybersecurity Specialist for a Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator upgrade within a complex Industrial Control Systems environment

Our large Oil & Gas client is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist for a Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator upgrade within a complex Industrial Control Systems environment.

This is an initial 5-month contract with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will follow a hybrid working model in Downtown Calgary of 3 days in office/week.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years' of Trellix endpoint protection architecture and deployment expertise, as a Solution Architect and/or Specialist.
• Expertise on functions and limitation of ePO (ePolicy Orchestrator) configuration, specifically the targeted versions.
• Experience in configuration, deployment and upgrade of Trellix agents for both Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience with analyzing and setting policies in ePO.
• Experience in configuration, deployment and upgrades of ePO.
• Experience with troubleshooting a complex Trellix environment with multiple ePOs and hundreds of endpoints. This environment may include firewalls, servers and other network devices.
• Experience in setting up and conducting tests to ensure that Trellix infrastructure deployment does not adversely impact network performance.
• Experience with deployments in an Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environment with multiple separate business units, PERA Levels and critical SCADA systems.

Position Overview: Support a project initiated to improve and monitor monitoring capabilities by: Enhancing the proactive identification of potential threats within Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and update the Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) and endpoint applications to the most current, vendor recommended versions.
