Our client is looking for a Senior Contracts Advisor to develop and execute contract lifecycle management strategies for oil and gas turnaround projects (8434)


Must Haves:

  • 8+ years as a Contract Advisor
  • Pre- and post-award activities, RFI/RFPs, contractor performance for incentivized contracts, close-outs
  • 5+ years of experience with turnarounds or other major projects
  • Oil and gas industry experience
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Technical or Business discipline


Responsibilities:

  • Develop the standardized SCM operating model, including ongoing implementation of lessons learned and continued improvement
  • Development and execution of long term strategic Contracting Strategies, including Contract life cycle management from creation, revision, and maintenance to close-out
  • Execute Contracting & commercial strategies and plans for Turnarounds in alignment with key business objectives
