Develop training plan and materials;
Implement service standards for the new solution.
Develop client satisfaction indicators;
Develop and conduct client satisfaction survey;
Identify and document client segments and profiles;
Develop client feedback model;
Develop change management, communications, and engagement plans and products.
Develop and execute program and other stakeholder engagement strategy;
Develop and support execution of implementation plan.
