Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - Thursdays in office and 4th Friday pf every month

Office Location: 81 Bay 15th Floor

Responsibilities:

You’ll will do business analysis for complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to The Bank's enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Sr. Business Systems Consultant within Equity Capital Markets, Clearing Services Technology, you’ll support collaborative end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology by following the values, principles and practices of Agile/Scrum delivery. You’ll participate in ideation and collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best in class client experience.

• Understanding Requirements - Work closely with business partners to guide formulation of complex business requirements and solution design discussions and testing to meet project needs through daily scrums, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement. Actively participate in key Agile/Scrum rituals.

• Agile Solution Design - Prepare and validate Scope Clarification Documents including, but not limited to, Solution Requirement Artifacts and Quality Assurance Artifacts to ensure business partner needs are met.

• Project Support: - Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in business and technology. Drive to collaborate and support individuals and cross-functional teams to resolve organizational, operational and process problems within an agile environment

Must Have Requirement:

- Minimum 5 years' experience within Capital Markets or Wealth Management as a BA/BSA

- 5 years' Workflow business knowledge

Nice to Have:

- 5 years Waterfall or Agile experience

- Correspondent clearing experience *Strong nice to have
