Description
Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the migration of legacy systems to Dynamics 365 within the Public Sector
Project Description:
The client's platform is on an older version of Dynamics that needs to be upgraded and the goal is to have the system launched and everything within the existing environment replicated/functioning in the new system by August 2025.
Must Have:
- Experience working Government of Canada projects
- 2+ projects with migration from legacy to Dynamics 365
- Enhanced Reliability Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Design and re-engineer workflows and processes to ensure maximum functionality and alignment between solutions
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering, review, validation and other working group sessions with a variety of multi-disciplinary participants across all levels of the organization;
- Analyze business functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows.
- Analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Capturing business requirements as tickets and supporting the PM in the process of sprint planning
