Description
Our public sector client is looking for 2x Senior Business Analysts to analyze technical requirements on a Business Transformation Project (CRM).
Hybrid (2 days a week), Vancouver, 12-month contract, 37.5hrs
Must Have
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in Requirements Engineering (Feasibility studies, user and system requirements specifications, requirements validation)
- Transformation Processes and Regulatory Requirements experiences
Nice-to-Have
- Public Sector or Healthcare experience
- CRM Experience
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic analysis to research and analyze business drivers and specific business needs and objectives
- Conduct elicitation activities to gather business analysis information and accurately capture results
- Specify and model requirements and designs, prepare accurate and detailed business requirements documents
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing, validate outputs, and review the impact of implemented resolutions over time
