Description
Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for production support and project support on Advanced Metering Systems (smart meters, Itron smart metering software) - 20027, 20390
Initially a 12-months contract. Hybrid working model in Burnaby. Since this is a production support role, the work may include after-hours and call out support responsibilities.
Must Have:
- 5+ years working as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Advance Metering infrastructure (AMI)
- Experience working in large IT projects in a complex enterprise environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ITIL best practices and software development lifecycle
- Able to manage, monitor and control projects, progress and costs
- Facilitate incident resolution and/or technical designs and/or implementation of AMS system hotfixes and upgrades by providing business context and articulating business needs
- Business case development
