Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to support the analysis phase of an enterprise level digital modernization, refereed to as the Regulatory Services Mode

Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to support the analysis phase of an enterprise level digital modernization, refereed to as the Regulatory Services Modernization (RSM).

Responsibilities to Include:

• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for the legacy applications to be modernized and document business decisions
• Develop high-level Business Analysis Requirement Documents (BARDs) using Word, Excel, and MS Visio
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage product backlog, support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and lead scrum meetings
• Translate BARDs into specific system requirements, and present to development team
• Provide guidance on the translation of business requirements into techncial specifications
• Support the development of Mock-ups
• Support the standardization of analysis and intake forms

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of recent experience supporting Digital Transformations (such as System Implementations)
• A CBAP, or a PMI/PBA Certification, or a Business Analysis Masters Certificate
• 3+ years of Government Experience (including Federal, Provincial, and Crown Corporation)
• Experience leading Scrum Meetings and Sprint Planning

Nice to Haves:

• Experience using Azure DevOps to perform Scum events
• Experience supporting the implementation of MS Dynamics and/or PowerPlatform
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, or Business Administration
• One of the following agile certifications: AAC, PMI-ACP, PSM 1, CSPO, Agile PM, CSPO, CSM, or a CAL-O
