Our valued Public sector client is in need of a Senior Bilingual Project Manager with strong change management experience to deliver an upgrade from Office 2016 to M365 initiative.


This adoption project is part of several transformation initiatives within our client's digital capabilities to support a more modern and collaborative organization. The consultant will be working closely with the department's planning team to


The deliverables (as per GC requirements, templates, guidelines, directives, policies, and frameworks) to be provided are the following:

1. Coordinate, develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan tailored to the specific needs of the project.

2. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to mitigate resistance to change.

3. Collaborate with project stakeholders to communicate the vision, goals, and benefits of the project.

4. Design and deliver training programs to ensure staff members acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changes stemming from the project.

5. Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to engage employees and foster a positive attitude towards the project.

6. Establish communication channels to provide regular updates, address concerns, and maintain transparency throughout the change process.

7. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust as needed.

8. Work closely with leadership to identify and address organizational culture issues that may impact the success of the project.

9. Provide ongoing support to employees during the transition, offering resources and assistance to facilitate a smooth adjustment to new processes and systems.

10. Evaluate and refine the change management strategy based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving project requirements.

11. Leverage the Change Agent Network within the organization to promote the project, the benefits that will be realized, and reinforce key messages.

12. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the project.

13. Support the preparation of regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended adjustments to the change management plan.


MUST HAVE:

Over 8 projects in IT transformation and providing change management support services.

Strong experience providing feedback and recommendations to executives about IT projects
