Description
Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior Azure Synapse Architect to identify Cloud (Azure) solutions to support the implementation of new intelligence systems.
Project Description:
This project is supporting a IM/IT strategic plan to implement new cloud solutions across the organization for many intelligence systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, designing functional specifications for the following areas:
- Cloud architecture
- Data Architecture
- Infrastructure Architecture
- Security Architecture
- Assess long-term strategic goals for Cloud Data Management structural design and architecture in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies to meet Cloud and Data business needs to enable and implement processes, standards and tools requirements
- Analyze the security data and provide advisories and reports;
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience architecting solutions using Azure Synapse
- 5+ years of experience in data modelling
- Power BI experience
- Secret clearance
