Our client is seeking a Senior Application Project Manager with a data background to lead an offshore vendor for multiple CRM (Loyalty Management System) enhancements.
This is a hybrid position that requires onsite work T, W, TH in Calgary
Must Have:
- 8+ years as an IT Project Manager working on Loyalty Management System or CRM projects
- Experience working on enterprise projects that require collaboration with multiple business units to identify dependencies that may impact project plan, resourcing and budget
- Vendor management and leading cross-functional local and offshore teams
