Our client is seeking a Senior Adobe Commerce Architect to design, implement and maintain an e-commerce solution for a retail client

Duration 6 months, 100% remote work

Must Haves

1. Architecting and implementing e-commerce solutions using Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform.
2. Strong proficiency in PHP development, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
3. Adobe Commerce architecture, including modules, themes, indexes, caching mechanisms, and deployment strategies.
4. Experience with designing and integrating Adobe Commerce solutions with third-party systems and APIs.
5. Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, including user experience design, conversion optimization, and SEO.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design: Design, architect, and implement Adobe Commerce solutions that align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
3. Solution Development: Lead the development and customization of Adobe Commerce modules, extensions, and integrations to meet specific business requirements.
4. Integration: Design and implement integrations with third-party systems, including payment gateways, ERP systems, CRM systems, and other e-commerce-related platforms.
5. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure the scalability and responsiveness of Adobe Commerce-based solutions.
6. Security: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, designers, and developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
9. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Commerce updates, trends, and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
