Our public sector client requires an Reliability Cleared Senior .NET Developer to support an online service delivery platform in the public sector. The client provides a web portal for services for use by internal and external clients and all associated applications are in .NET, on Azure DevOps and have a middle tier of API's that are exposed to their services.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the gathering and documenting of requirements from non-technical business users
• Analyze functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flow
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and system requirements that meet business requirements
• Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to meet business problems
• Assist in all aspects of solution testing and testing documentation
• Identify and recommend technical options
• Identify the policies and requirements that drive out a particular solution
• Monitor industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with government and industry directions for technology
• Prepare and deliver presentations to project authorities
• Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, either for the organization or for a major application area, to meet the business and application requirements
• Develop and document solution designs
• Ensure the integration of all aspects of technology solutions
• Define input/output sources, including detailed plan for technical design phase, and obtain approval of the system propose
• Identify and document system specific standards relating to programming

Must Have:

• Experience with .NET development
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with API's
• Experience with Oracle database

Nice to Have:
