Description
Our Public Sector client is looking for a part-time HR Professional for job evaluations for unionized and management positions in an ad-hoc temporary engagement.
Contract, ad-hoc for an expected 10 hours per month engagement.
Must Have:
Working knowledge of the following:
- Public Service Job Evaluation Plan (PSJEP)
- Management Classification and Compensation Framework (MCCF)
- Management Classification and Compensation Rules
- Canadian Human Rights Act, Section 11 - Pay Equity
- Public Service Labour Relations Act, Section 11(3)
- BC Government Employees Union Collective Agreement (i.e. 19th Master)
Responsibilities:
- Provides advice on job evaluation plans, policies, frameworks, and organizational design ensuring alignment to the collective agreement, legislation and pay equity principles in a client service environment.
- Manages and evaluates the Client's internal job evaluation review process for unionized and management positions, identifying and implementing required improvements.
- Develops, edits, and provides feedback on job descriptions for unionized and excluded management positions.
